The GeoPlace conference is a day of best practice, announcements, and key insights from influencers, plus multiple chances for you to connect with the people you want to talk to.
GeoPlace2025 will be packed with insights, for our delegates and for you. We’ll also be starting the conference informally on the evening before the event itself and we’ll continue over drinks for an hour or so at the close of conference.
You can get to know who’s who and network in an informal setting. Then, after a day of best practice and key insights from geospatial influencers and data users, you can catch up again with post-conference drinks.

We are offering the opportunity for for suppliers to participate in the conference agenda in two ways:
1. Running a seminar session
2. Facilitating a roundtable discussion
1. Running a seminar session:
We have two slots available for seminar sponsors. As a participant, you can either chair the session and present yourself, or invite a customer to join you to showcase a real-world application or success story involving your work or services. Each session will feature a maximum of three speakers and will run for one hour, providing ample time for presenations, discussions and audience interaction. The focus and content of the session will be agreed upon with GeoPlace to ensure it aligns with the overall theme of the conference and it offers you a platform to demonstrate thought leadership, share insights, and engage with a professional audience.
2. Facilitating a roundtable discussion:
We’re also offering the opportunity to facilitate a roundtable discussion session on a topic related to the conference's themes or your area of expertise. Each table holds seven people, enabling an intimate and interactive discussion environment. You’ll run the same discussion session three times with different groups of attendees. This gives you the opportunity to share your insights with a broader audience and gather varied perspectives from different participants. This setup is a great opportunity for you to showcase your expertise, connect with other professionals, and gain visibility in your field.
