PAYMENT
All training course fees are subject to VAT at the current rate. Payment is subject to our invoice terms and conditions.
For the advertised introductory courses, course fees shall include tuition on the day including course materials, refreshments and lunch.
For bespoke on-site courses, course fees shall include training on the day and course materials. Please note refreshments and food are not provided by GeoPlace.
For the advertised advanced Street training courses, course fees shall include tuition on the day, course materials, refreshments and lunch.
E-learning training courses are free to DCA members.
CANCELLATION OF COURSE BY GEOPLACE
GeoPlace shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the courses at the advertised time and date.
In the unlikely event that a course cannot be delivered as advertised, GeoPlace will make all reasonable efforts to make reasonable alternative arrangements. If it is not possible to provide reasonable alternative arrangements, GeoPlace will provide a full refund
If GeoPlace cancel the course less than 28 days before the booked training date, GeoPlace will refund any travel expenses incurred by delegates, provided unused tickets are sent to our offices.
WITHDRAWAL BY A DELEGATE
If a delegate wishes to cancel their place on a course and provides written notice by email to [email protected], arriving no less than 28 days prior to the course start date, a full refund will be given.
If a delegate provides notice by email to [email protected], arriving no less than 7 days prior to the course start date, a refund of 50% will be given.
No refunds will be given if less than 7 days' notice is received prior to the course start date.
NON-ATTENDANCE BY A DELEGATE
If the delegate does not attend the course and has not given at least 7 days written notice as required in Clause 4 above, the full course fee will be charged and no refund will be given.
DELEGATE SUBSTITUTION
Delegate substitutions can be made free of charge at any time up to one working day before the course begins. If less than one working days' notice is given, GeoPlace reserves the right to charge the full course fee for the substitute delegate and no refund will be given in respect of the original delegate.
LIABILITY
GeoPlace shall not be responsible for any accident or injury sustained by a delegate at the premises where the course is delivered unless caused by GeoPlace's negligence. GeoPlace shall not be responsible for any damage to, or for loss of, any goods or items brought onto GeoPlace's premises or the premises where the course is delivered. GeoPlace accepts no responsibility for any information expressed or material supplied during its training courses or any reliance placed on such information or material. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any information supplied by GeoPlace, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
